the criteria can become members of the vacant seats. I find this decision to be
among the notable decisions made during the meeting. It's good that the
decision to pass the resolution was unanimous. The council member Christa
Tanner proposed holding a city election in order to fill the vacant seat on the
council. This motion was supported by the remaining council members, receiving
